Questioning the Commonwealth Fund's recent survey results, which say that a majority of Americans want real reform, Blankenhorn, says part of the issue is "what's real reform?" He notes that the Commonwealth Fund has increasingly backed the Democratic view of that, and asks "Will 4 in 5 voters surveyed really vote based on that preference? It’s doubtful. But if only one-tenth that number switch, it could turn a close election into a landslide."
