Under the VA’s Medical Benefits Package, enrolled veterans receive preventive and primary care and services within the VA healthcare system (that is, within the VA’s medical centers and clinics). Those eligible for VA coverage include people who are on active duty in the Army, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard.
